The Macks Creek Pirate Wrestling team finished off a jam-packed wrestling weekend by hitting the mats in Tipton today. Senior Aidyn Merchant went 3-0 all with pins to take First Place! Sophomore Owyn Charlton and Freshman Calvin Eidson both brought home Third Place in their brackets! Junior Julian Norman bumped up a weight class and wrestled tough against some kids quite a bit bigger than him. Way to wrestle Pirates! #MCPirates
A busy weekend of Macks Creek Wrestling started on Friday evening as the Lady Pirate wrestlers competed at Capital City.
Sophomore Gabby Eversole got her first takedown, pin, win, and match that went all
3 periods. She finished 6th in her bracket.
Kamora Merchant saw some really tough matches and finished the evening 5th. It was a great night to be a Lady Pirate!!

Calling all Pirate and Lady Pirates fans! The Macks Creek Booster Club has a new shirt design!! This will be the first of many different ones to choose from.
They are offering youth and adult sizes, but can also do toddler sizes on request.
The Booster Club is using a new system and making all their shirts in house, which means that there is not a minimum requirement. Due to this all items will be a pre-order and money due prior to ordering. Checks and cash can be turned in at the school to Shawna Willis. Venmo will also be available and that information will be on the Booster Club's Facebook page: Macks Creek Booster Club. The Venmo information will be posted very soon.
Thank you to everyone for your support as this in turn helps our students as everything goes back to them!

The Pirates fall to Walnut Grove, 62-41. They will be back in action on Monday night in first round play of the Skyline Tournament against Weaubleau. Game time will be 4:00 p.m. #MCPirates

Its a battle of ranked Class 1 teams as the fourth-ranked Lady Pirates are taking on the sixth-ranked Lady Tigers of Walnut Grove. At the half its the Lady Tigers with a 23-20 lead over the Lady Pirates. #MCPirates

The Pirates wrestled the Eldon JV Invitational Dec 28. Julian Norman got his first win by pin. Calvin Eidson wrestled some tough matches and won one match by pin. Owyn Charlton had some beautiful power takedown. The boys are constantly learning and growing, so proud of these Pirates! #MCPirates
