The Lady Pirates Jamboree action is about to wrap up. It is going to be a fun season cheering for this spirited crew! Don't miss the chance to root for our team this Friday at 5:30 in their home opener against Warsaw. MCPirates

The Pirates hit the hardwood for a preseason jamboree in Camdenton this evening. Each 'game' consisted of two, 8-minute quarters. The first set was against the Class 2 defending champs from Eugene. Macks Creek battled but came up short. The Pirates split their second set against Camdenton, coming out on top 13-12 in the first and falling 18-7 in the second. Final quarters of the evening were against the Osage Indians. Macks Creek again took the first quarter, 15-14, before losing the second, 26-12. The Pirates will finish out the week with practice before taking to the road on Monday at Stoutland to open the regular season. #MCPirates

The Lady Pirates are refining their game at this evening's Eldon Jamboree. Head Coach Nolan Mathes is excited to work with the energetic crew that has come out to play ball this year! Let's go Lady Pirates! #MCPirates

Basketball Season is here!
Girls Jamboree in Eldon and their first game starts @ 6:15 in the main gym. Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for students.
Boys are in Camdenton and their first game starts @ 5:00 in the Auxiliary gym. Admission is 2 canned goods or $2. #MCPirates

Basketball season is upon us. Our Pirates and Lady Pirates are both playing in Jamborees on November 18th. Come catch some preseason action at Camdenton (boys) or Eldon (girls) to see this year's versions of Pirates and Lady Pirates Basketball.

Macks Creek will be holding their Veterans Day Celebration tomorrow. There will be a breakfast at 7:30 a.m. for veterans in the morning before a full-school assembly at 9:00 a.m. Students and staff are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue. Please join us as we recognize our Veterans! Students that go to LCTC will not be attending tomorrow due to the assembly. #MCPirates

Rehearsals are well under way for All-District Choir! Brionna has been working so hard today and is so excited for the concert at 5pm!

Macks Creek Sophomore, Carter Ferrell, in his first season competing in Cross Country, had an outstanding showing at the Class 1 MSHSAA Cross Country State Championships today. Carter, who took 4th Place at Districts with an impressive 18:02 on the rigorous Hermitage course, ran a PR of 17:27 this morning at MU’s NCAA Gans Creek XC Course. Carter placed 19th earning a place on the medal stand along with the title of “All State Athlete”.  Well done and congratulations on a great season and a great race today at State Carter! #MCPirates
