Jose Cortez advanced to the finals of the 110m hurdles at the MSHSAA Track & Field Championships today! At the start of the 16-man field, Jose was seeded 11th. He eclipsed his competitors with a PR of 16.01 to take 5th. Jose will race later today in the 300m Hurdle preliminaries. He will race in the 110 finals tomorrow to determine his place on the All-State medal stand! Great job Jose! #MCPirates
