FBLA students are attending sessions and networking again today at NFLC!
Super Cat Fest 4 Kids donated $10,000 to ensure our students will have nutritious and delicious breakfasts and lunches all year long! One of our counselors, Mrs. Candy Bothwell and our Middle School Science teacher, Mr. Chris Bothwell attended the organization's Check Presentation Ceremony at Camden on the Lake. Founded in 2017, Super Cat Fest 4 Kids began as a local project tied to the Lake of The Ozarks Shootout to help local non profits raise funds for helping kids. Since then, the organization has expanded to serve thousands of children in many communities. Last school year, thanks to another incredible $10,000 donation from Super Cat Fest 4 Kids, 31 of our students, who qualified for reduced lunch, had their lunch accounts paid in full for the remainder of the school year. Another 61 of our students, who didn't quite qualify for the reduced rate, received a deposit of $120 in their meal accounts to offset the price of meals for the rest of the school year! This year, once again thanks to Super Cat Fest 4 Kids extreme generosity of another $10,000, we will be able to again ensure all of our students receive nutritional school meals all year long! A strong second half by the Lady Cardinals proves too much for the Lady Pirates. At the end of the night Tipton comes away with a 61-42 win. #MCPirates

Tomorrow, our amazing MCHS band students are taking their "first steps" as a marching band at Lebanon's Annual Christmas Parade! Our Marching Band has been practicing since school began and would love to see some familiar faces in the crowd! The parade starts at 11am and runs right through the middle of town, beginning at Boswell Park on Elm Street heading East on Elm then turning north on Jefferson to 6th street near Price Cutter. Our students are excited and nervous for their very first parade. It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day to kick off the Christmas season - we hope to see you there! #MCPirates
Macks Creek FBLA members are attending skills labs today at National Fall Leadership Conference. This mornings sessions include topics like entrepreneurship, business world, building effective teams, and college success.
Macks Creek School is excited for the start of basketball, cheer and wrestling season! Hello Elementary Parents! Need a night to relax or go Christmas shopping? If so, Thursday, November 30th is for you! We are hosting our first Kids Night Out STEAM event. Permission forms went home yesterday. There is no cost for the event, but we are taking donation to benefit the Senior Class! Our amazing Seniors are helping with this event. Macks Creek FBLA members teamed up with Willard High School to travel down to Dallas, TX, for the National Leadership Conference. Students will sight see as well as attend different breakout sessions on different leadership skills. #MCPirates
We're now in 3rd place and are only 20 pledges from 1st place!
The MCHS STUCO has signed up to participate in the Buckle Up/Phones Down Missouri High School Showdown to raise awareness for safe driving practices! We are participating in Class 1, and we win by the number of people who pledge to wear their seatbelt and put their phones down while driving.
We are eligible to win $1,000 for our school! STUCO is brainstorming a variety of ways to utilize these funds...helping to rebuild our outdoor classroom, Project Graduation, Project Prom, etc.

In their second jamboree game this evening, the Lady Pirates face off against the Russellville Lady Indians. In the first quarter they took the win, 12-8. In the second they fell, 4-7. Stay tuned for the third quarter. #MCPirates
