The MC Pirates HS Track team captured several medals at this evening's Skyline Invitational. Kaelee Keehler took 2nd and Izzy Willey took 6th in the 100 meter dash. Both raced in the 200 meter, with Kaelee taking 3rd and Izzy 5th. Izzy also took 6th in the 400. Great job gals! Carter Ferrell had a great showing in the 1600 and 3200 meter runs, taking 6th and 3rd, respectively. Way to race Carter! Coach Salter reports everyone worked hard 💪 and the Pirates had a great showing at the meet! Well done team! #MCPirates
The Pirate Family is excited to welcome Theresa Rooffener who will serve as elementary secretary for the upcoming school year. She is originally from Ohio. Theresa and her son Sean moved to Macks Creek in 2021 when she married Sam Rooffener. Mrs. Rooffener has several years experience in management, and has worked for Dallas County Schools the last three years. When not working, Mrs. Rooffener has enjoyed gardening, spending time with family, and taking beach vacations.

Our HS Track Team ended the night at School of the Osage with 14 new personal records in the Javelin, Shot Put, Discus, 100, 200 and 400! Kaelee and Bailey both earned PR's in every event in which they competed! Great job team & good luck at tomorrow's PCL Conference Meet at Skyline! #MCPirates
Macks Creek Juniors traveled to the OTC-Lebanon campus on Tuesday and enjoyed a meal and a small program tour. Students visited different programs to have a better understanding of what is offered at the school. #MCPirates
