Several Macks Creek Seniors participated in our first ever Senior Decision Day. During this event our seniors signed letters of commitment confirming their decisions for the future. Isaiah Snyder will attend State Fair to study Computer Technology. Jose Cortez has been accepted at Westminster College to study business. Hunter Cullen will attend State Technical College to study Diesel Mechanics and Large Equipment. Aiden Merchant will attend to Westminster College to study Business and wrestle. Oliver Owens will enter the workforce in Construction. Caleb Phillips will attend the University of Central Missouri to become a Professional Pilot. Josh Botta will attend State Technical College to become a Lineman. Dakota Willis will attend State Fair Community College to study Electrical Engineering and play baseball. Lahnae Lewis will attend Ozark Technical Community College to become an Elementary Teacher. Ashlee Klinksick will attend College of the Ozarks to study Pre-Law. The Winter/Spring Athletic Banquet tonight starts at 5:30. The sports that will be represented will be High School Wrestling, High School Cheer, High School and Middle School Track and Field, High School Baseball, and High School Boys and Girls Basketball. #MCPirates

Macks Creek FFA and Athletics are hosting banquets on Thursday and Friday!
On Thursday the Macks Creek FFA Chapter are holding their annual banquet at 6:00 p.m. in the HS gym. Those attending are being asked to bring either a side dish, dessert, or pie for the pie auction! Burgers will be provided! Everyone is welcome!
On Friday the Athletic Booster Club will be holding their Winter/Spring Sports Banquet. Sports to be recognized will include HS Track, MS Track, HS Boys and Girls Wrestling, HS Boys and Girls Basketball, HS Cheer and Baseball. The menu is pulled pork, pulled chicken, hashbrown casserole, baked beans, and rolls provided by the Butcher Shop! Meal will start at 5:30 p.m. with the awards starting at 6:00 p.m.

Macks Creek, in conjunction with COMC and the Camden County Health Department, is offering an End-of-Year Health Event on Thursday, May 9, from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
COMC will be providing sports physicals for students interested in playing MS and HS sports during the 2024-2025 school year. Physicals must be done by the first day of Fall practices and are good for two years.
The Camden County Health Department will provide vaccines for all incoming 8th and 12th grade students.
Forms are available in the high school and Elementary offices. They must be completed and returned by May 1.

The Macks Creek Middle School Pirates Track & Field Team showed up in a big way at today's Missouri Middle School State Championship Meet at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar. Our 4 x 100 team of Parker Christian, Michael Egan, Sebastian Sanchez and Weston Martineau are the Class 1 State Champions! In the 100m dash Weston is the State Champ! Weston also took 4th in the shot put. Sebastian is the State Champ in the 200 meter and also took 2nd in the 100 and 6th in the Triple Jump! Parker placed 6th in the 400 meter, 8th in the 200 meter and 13th in the Long Jump! Michael was 10th in the long jump and 9th in the discus! Eric Little also ran hard today in the 400 and 800. Way to get on the medal stand today Pirates and way to finish out a great season. The future looks bright for Macks Creek Track and Field - we are proud of all your hard work and effort this season.
