The Pirates and Lady Pirates kicked off the 2022-2023 Cross Country season this morning at the SWCCCA Richard Clark Invite in Bolivar. Congratulations to Brionna Boggs for completing her first ever 5k! Addison Ratliff finished with a time of 23:50 and Vaugn Vasquez ran a time of 21:15. Caleb Phillips finished in 4th place in Class 1 (17:49). It's going to be a great season! The XC team will race again next Saturday in Lebanon. #MCPirates
Congratulations to the JH boys on winning their first basketball of the season! The Pirates beat the Wildcats 38 - 24. Also, congrats to Coach Treat on his first win as an MC Pirate! #MCPirates
The JH Boys season is also off to a great start. The boys are ahead of Weaubleau 32 to 20 with 3:51 left to play in the game. Keep hustling team! #MCPirates

The JH Basketball and Cheer season opens up tomorrow evening as they travel to Weaubleau with a start time in between 5:15-5:30 PM due to unforseen transportion circumstances. Please arrive early due to not exact start times of games. The order of games will run, Boys B Team, Girls A Team and then Boys A Team.
The Lady Pirates Softball team will host the Lady Tigers of Weaubleau tomorrow also at Ballparks National with a 5:00 PM start time. #MCPirates.
The Ladies Pirates drop their 1st PCL Conference game to the Lady Hornets of Fair Play. They fought hard until the end but came up short. They are back in action against the Lady Tigers of Weaubleau at Ballparks National this Friday September 2nd with a 5:00 PM start time. #MCPirates

Due to lack of participant numbers and the participation restraints placed upon us by MSHSAA, Skyline and Macks Creek Football Coop are going to be forced to scale back the football schedules for this fall.
We will not be playing a JV football schedule this fall and our JH games will be limited to a single game.
We regret being in a position to have to make this decision, but with the number of students who have chosen to participate is not large enough to support 2 teams at the junior high level or 2 teams at the high school level, while still giving our varsity squad the chance to remain competitive. #MCPirates
The softball game for tonight that was to be played at Central (Springfield) has been postponed. It will be made up on a later date due to poor weather conditions. #MCPirates
The Lady Pirates softball game will be at the following location tomorrow evening with a 4:30 start time. There is an admission of $3.00 per person.
