Addie, Caleb and Vaughn traveled to Columbia for tomorrow's XC State Championship at MU's Gans Creek course. This afternoon the team ran the course for a pre-meet workout. Tomorrow, Addison will run at 1:30 followed by Vaughn and Caleb at 2:15. Good luck runners! #MCPirates

Macks Creek Schools will be hosting our annual Veteran's Day Assembly on Friday, November 11, at 9:00 a.m. Breakfast is also being planned that morning with the start time to be determined.

The Macks Creek FFA is in Indiana to attend the FFA National Convention in Indianapolis. Today the group toured at Fair Oaks Farms, located in Northwest Indiana. While on tour they took advantage of the Cow and Dairy Adventures while also being able to explore the grounds. #MCPirates
The first night of Parent/Teacher Conferences is almost complete! Do not forget that the Art Club is hosting their 'Shady Creek Asylum' Haunted House in the lower gym! There is still time to come see your child's teacher AND go through the haunted house! #MCPirates
Macks Creek Middle School student-athletes, Vinncent and Johnny Vasquez competed in the 2022 Middle School Cross Country Championships this morning. The event, which featured 70 teams, was hosted by Hermitage High School at the Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland. Coach Dority reports the challenging course put runners on hilly terrain before turning onto the speedway in front of the grand stands. Johnny placed 28th with a time of 13:22 and Vinncent finished further back in the pack with a time of 17:10. Great job boys - way to represent the Pirates at today's Championships! #MCPirates

The MC XC Team raced well today at the Waynesville Invitational. Addie Ratliff ran 15:08 and Brionna Boggs, 25:22. Good running Lady Pirates! Caleb Phillips ran finished with an 11:12, Vaughn Vazquez, 12:57 and Sean Green, 17:53. Good job Pirates! The team will be back in action at Districts on October 29th in Fulton.
