The Lady Pirates home opener at Ballparks National earlier this evening included many memorable moments. After junior Serena Rector threw the first pitch, the Lady Pirates called time out and presented the ball to Jeff Vernetti and Bob Ramsey. The ladies also presented two other softballs signed by the entire team. This evening's game was the first ever to be played at the facility. The Lady Pirates are grateful to Mr. Ramsey and Mr. Vernetti for the opportunity to play all of their home games at this amazing facility! #MCPirates

Play ball! The MC Lady Pirates are in action this morning hosting a preseason jamboree. The ladies are playing Stoutland right now and will face of against St. Elizabeth at noon. #MCPirates

Fall baseball has officially begun! The Pirates debuted last night against Stoutland and Vienna in a preseason jamboree. Ethan English, Grant English, Trever Smith and Tanner Smith all had hits. Ethan, Grant, Tanner, Kyler Gabriel, Dakota Willis and Oliver Sanchez all spent time on the mound. Coach Trusty shared the team has a "lot of new faces getting their first taste of Varsity baseball. This fall season will help us make up for time lost last spring and make us stronger for the regular season in 2021." The first Pirate baseball home game will be September 3rd against Stoutland. #MCPirates

HS softball jamboree today at the Macks Creek HS softball field. The Lady Pirates play at 10 and 12. Full schedule is as follows: 10:00 - Macks Creek v. Stoutland 11:00 - Stoutland v. St. Elizabeth 12:00 - St. Elizabeth v. Macks Creek 1:00 - Climax Springs v. Richland 2:00 - Richland v. Marion C. Early 3:00 - Marion C. Early v. Climax Springs Each half inning will end after 3 outs or 5 runs are scored. Come on out for a day of softball! #MCPirates

Good evening Pirate fans. The Lady Pirates softball team will compete in a preseason Jamboree this Saturday at 10 (v. Stoutland) and 12 (v. St. Elizabeth) at the field on the Hwy 54 and 73 junction. It is a full day of softball with 6 teams total coming in. Games will consist of 4 innings, with each half-inning ending after three outs or five runs have been scored. The Pirates baseball team will compete tomorrow, Friday, August 21, in Stoutland against Vienna (5:00) and Stoutland (6:15). Games will run two Varsity and two JV innings each, with either three outs or eight runs ending each half-inning.

The Macks Creek Athletic Department would like to recognize all our past All-State Athletes. We are asking all alumni who earned such an honor to please share an 8 x 10 photograph (in uniform) with Athletic Director Jason Trusty or Head Basketball Coach Ron Duggan. Photos may be dropped off at school or sent to 245 State Road N, Macks Creek MO 65786. Each photo will be affixed to a plaque bearing each athlete’s name and the year(s) honored to be displayed in our lobby.
