The Macks Creek Pirates and Lady Pirates welcome in the Climax Springs Cougars and Lady Cougars this evening to celebrate Senior Night! Game order is JV Boys (2 quarters), Varsity Girls, and then Varsity Boys. During halftime of the Varsity Girl's game we will have two Pre-K and two 1st-3rd Grade Biddy Ball teams compete on opposite halves of the floor.
At the conclusion of all games we will honor our basketball Seniors.

Girls and Boys basketball district tournament will start next week, Monday, February 21st. The boys will be playing Tuscumbia with a 7:30 start time. The girls will open up Tuesday, February 22nd with a 7:30 start time against Tuscumbia as well. They will be playing in Jefferson City at Blair Oaks High School. Tomorrow night's games on 2/15 that are taking place at Halfway, are slated for a 5:30 start time. This will be their Senior Night. The order of games are as follows; Varsity Girls, their Senior Recognition, Varsity Boys then 2 quarters of JV Boys. #MCPirates
The MC Archery team was excited to have plenty of sunshine and no snow for the Cole Camp Archery Tournament yesterday! Three Macks Creek students placed in the top 10 in each of their grade levels. Eva Willis placed 2nd in 7th grade girls, Taeler Osorn placed 4th in 6th grade girls, and Ava Willis placed 8th in 7th grade girls. Six students earned their highest scores of the season: Eva Willis, Taeler Osborn, Calvin Eidson, Joe Hufferd, Aiden George, and Mason Brashears. Macks Creek music students were invited to participate in a PCL Music Day clinic this weekend. They were able to come together with fellow students from each of the Polk County League schools. This group formed one band and one choir to perform a phenomenal concert for parents and the community. Great job! #MCPirates

India Willis scored her 500th point tonight against the Fair Play Lady Hornets in the 1st quarter. The Lady Pirates also lead the Lady Hornets after the 1st with a score of 16-6. #MCPirates
