The Macks Creek boys basketball team will start game play in the 61st Annual Skyline Basketball Tournament tomorrow evening, January 9th. They will face off against the Climax Springs Cougars with a 7:00 PM start time. Come out to Skyline to cheer them on in the first round! The bracket for next week is attached. #MCPirates
Macks Creek STUCO completed Dude. Be Nice. week with a full school assembly on Friday. Students watched videos and listened to STUCO members explain the purpose of the Dude. Be Nice. 7th Grader Zane Brooks and Second Grader Tynlee Boothe were both recognized as 'Dudes of the Month' for December. Grades PreK - 12 also participated in games: Baseball Bat Spin Races, Four-Legged Race, and Human Pinata. STUCO also announced the theme for this year's Homecoming: Top Gun.
On Tuesday all the school sport's teams were recognized. Wednesday was community appreciation where local eatery Rise and Shine was recognized for their positive impact on the community. On Thursday our cooks were recognized for all their work here in the school with baked goods from Rise and Shine. #MCPirates
